Shipping Policy – Oscar & Frank
Oscar & Frank are based in Australia and proudly ship worldwide. We deliver to over 200 countries, including the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Asia, and most regions throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your delivery location and chosen shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your courier information and tracking number.
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Any delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or exceptional circumstances within the destination country are unfortunately outside of our control. Delivery times may also be affected by weekends, public holidays, or national holiday periods.
Import Duties, Taxes & U.S. Tariff Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined and collected by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes in U.S. Customs regulations, import tariffs may apply to orders shipped into the United States. These tariffs are set by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are not shipping charges, nor are they controlled, influenced, or collected by Oscar & Frank.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties or tariffs upon import.
If you are unsure whether duties or tariffs apply to your location, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Delivery & Package Inspection
A signature may be required upon delivery. Before signing, please inspect the package for any visible damage or tampering. If you receive an empty, tampered, or damaged package and sign for it without reporting the issue immediately to the carrier, Oscar & Frank cannot be held responsible and cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Please retain your delivery receipt and product packaging in case you need to contact us regarding your order.
Sale Items
Please note that all sale items are final and non-refundable.
During sale periods, shipping and processing times may be extended. Please allow 5–10 business days for sale orders to ship.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Address Changes
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. You will need to cancel the order (within 24 hours) and place a new order with the correct details. -
Incomplete Shipping Information
If required information (address, contact number, or other details) is missing or incorrect and you do not respond to our request within 15 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. You are welcome to reorder at any time. -
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Please allow up to 72 hours from order confirmation for dispatch. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. -
Sale Item Policy
No refunds on sale items.

Returned/undelivered parcels due to unclaimed packages or incorrect information
Unclaimed international orders returned to us will require additional payment for re-delivery.
