WARRANTY

Oscar & Frank Eyewear products are crafted with care and premium materials. We stand behind the quality of our frames and lenses.

All eyewear is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults.


What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural faults not caused by wear and tear

  • Lens defects not caused by scratches or impact

All warranty claims are subject to assessment and approval by Oscar & Frank Eyewear.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches to lenses

  • Accidental damage or breakage

  • General wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or unauthorised repairs

  • Loss or theft

Slight frame movement or minor misalignment is not considered a manufacturing fault. Acetate frames are designed to be gently adjusted for individual fit.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email hello@oxfeyewear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear images showing the concern

Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions if approved.


Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Repair

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability)

  • Store credit

Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
