Oscar & Frank Eyewear is proudly based in Australia and ships worldwide.

Complimentary tracked shipping is included with all orders.
No additional shipping fees are added at checkout.


Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During sale or promotional periods, please allow up to 5–10 business days for processing.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Australia – 2–5 business days
New Zealand – 3–7 business days
United States & Canada – 5–10 business days
Europe & Rest of World – 7–14 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.


International Duties & Taxes

While shipping is included in your purchase, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs determined by the destination country.

These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are unsure whether import fees apply in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact hello@oxfeyewear.com immediately.

We will always do our best to accommodate changes prior to dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable.


Delivery & Responsibility

A signature may be required upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel before signing.

Oscar & Frank Eyewear is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Any international parcels that are unclaimed and returned to us will require the customer to cover re-delivery costs.


Sale Periods

During sale periods, dispatch may take up to 5–10 business days.

Sale items are final sale unless deemed faulty.


U.S. Tariff Notice

Due to changes in U.S. Customs regulations, import tariffs may apply to orders shipped to the United States. These charges are determined and collected by U.S. Customs and are outside of our control.
