SHIPPING INFORMATION
Oscar & Frank are based in Australia but ship Worldwide.
We deliver to over 200 countries; including the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Asia and most countries around Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your delivery location and method.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you of the courier company and tracking number.
Any delays with shipment due to either carrier issues and/or exceptional or particular conditions related to the specific country is unfortunately not under our responsibility. Some delays may also occur during national holidays.
Please be aware that international orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer. If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country, we do recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
You may be required to sign for delivery. Before signing, please inspect the package for any obvious tampering. If you receive an empty package but sign the delivery receipt and do not immediately report the fact to the carrier, unfortunately Oscar & Frank Eyewear cannot be held responsible, and cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Please also keep the receipt of the delivered product in case you need to contact us about your purchase in the future.

ORDERS
1/ Once the order has been placed, please note that the shipping address used for the order cannot be changed. If you wish to change it, you must cancel the original order and place a new order with the correct shipping address.
2/ If you want to cancel an order already placed you must do so within 24-hours of placing the order. You will be responsible for all shipping costs if your order has already been shipped and you require a refund or replacement.
3/ If any shipping details are missing or incorrect (such as your address, phone number, or further information needed for the shipment) and you don’t reply to our request within 15 days, we will automatically cancel and refund your order. You are welcome to place the order again via our online store.
4/ All Oscar & Frank orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 72 hours from order confirmation to dispatch. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
5/ No refunds on sale items.

Any international orders that are unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.
